The dance is offered in 2 levels (Beg-Int and Int-Adv); both versions are in the kit. Share the material with your candidates through a digital link. You also receive our Team Training Course, a 90 minute collection of strength building, flexibility training, basic stunt instruction, jump training, and more! Developed by college cheer coaches and professionals, this will give your team a training program to use all year long. All choreography is exclusive to our bundles:  25 chants, 4 floor cheers, 3 band dances, 4 sideline dances, 4 one minute cheer dances. We include  BOTH Build A Routine products.  Our Level package includes the instructional lessons and Express gives you unlimited downloads for an entire year (no lessons).
